Rhubarb Dessert - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. rhubarb
1 c. sugar
1 small box strawberry Jell-O
1 box Jiffy white cake mix or 2 c. from regular mix
1/3 c. oleo
Preparation

Layer 4 cups chopped rhubarb in greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Pour over rhubarb, sugar, then Jell-O (dry) and cake mix (dry).
Melt oleo and pour over cake mix.
Pour 1 cup of water over oleo.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 45 minutes.
Serve with whipping cream or ice cream.
