Green Beans And Potatoes Greek Style - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. extra virgin olive oil or enough to cover bottom of pot
    1 medium onion, diced
    1 1/2 lb. fresh green beans, snapped
    2 lb. Yokon Gold potatoes or your choice
    2 cans tomato sauce
    2 cans water
    salt to taste
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    In large pot, saute onion in olive oil until transparent.
    Add the green beans and potatoes, that have been quartered, then cut in half.
    Add the tomato sauce and water.
    Cover and cook until tender.
    Add salt and pepper.
