Oven French Toast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. margarine (use to grease pans and top of bread)
    6 large eggs, beaten lightly
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 1/2 Tbsp. confectioners sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    12 thick slices bread
Preparation
    Combine eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla and cinnamon.
    Dip bread slices in and put on 2 greased jelly roll pans.
    Dot with margarine.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
