Chocolate Eclair Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. box honey graham whole crackers
2 small boxes vanilla instant pudding mix
3 c. milk
1 c. powdered sugar, sifted
8 oz. bowl Cool Whip
1 can milk chocolate frosting
Preparation

Beat pudding mix, powdered sugar and milk until thick.
Fold in Cool Whip.
Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan with butter.
Place crackers in bottom of pan.
Put half of mixture in pan, then layer of crackers, then rest of mixture.
Add crackers to top.
Spread frosting on top and chill.
Keep refrigerated.
