Creamy Grits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. chicken broth
    1 c. quick grits
    1/4 c. heavy cream
    salt and white pepper to taste
Preparation
    Bring broth to a boil and slowly stir in grits.
    Reduce heat to medium-low; cover.
    Cook 5 to 7 minutes or until thickened, stirring occasionally.
    Remove from heat and stir in heavy cream. Season to taste.
