Zucchini Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. cider vinegar
    2 Tbsp. wine vinegar
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. diced onion
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1/2 c. diced celery
    4 medium zucchini, sliced very thin
    1 (2 oz.) jar diced pimento
Preparation
    Combine vinegar, oil, sugar, salt, pepper and onions in blender.
    Mix well.
    Pour over vegetables.
    Refrigerate overnight.
