Lefse(Norwegian Flat Bread) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. riced potatoes
    5 Tbsp. melted shortening
    1 1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Let riced potatoes cool well, then add the other ingredients. Roll out thin and fry on pancake griddle with no oils applied. Serve with butter and sugar for a good snack.
    May also use as a crepe with fruit, jelly or egg, rolled up.
