Prune Nut Cupcakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. shortening
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. buttermilk
1 c. chopped cooked prunes
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. nuts
Preparation

Cream sugar, shortening and eggs.
Add dry ingredients alternately with buttermilk.
Add prunes, raisins and nuts.
Fill cupcake paper lined pans 2/3 full.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes. Makes 2 1/2 dozen.
