Ingredients

2 lb. ground beef
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
6 large potatoes, sliced
2 pkg. brown gravy mix
1 large onion, diced
Preparation

Boil potatoes for 15 minutes.
Put sliced potatoes in bottom of casserole dish.
Mix soup and brown gravy mix together.
Pour over potatoes.
Mix ground beef and onion together.
Make balls (about 2-inches) and place on top of casserole.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Serves 6 to 8.
