Ingredients

2 eggs
3/4 c. Wesson oil
2 1/2 c. milk
2 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
3/4 tsp. salt
4 tsp. baking powder
Preparation

Combine eggs, oil and milk in electric mixer bowl; mix well. Combine dry ingredients; add to egg mixture, beating at medium speed.
Beat for about 2 minutes.
Pour batter into hot waffle iron.
Bake until done.
Serve with favorite topping.
Yields 6 servings.
