Zucchini Relish(Canning) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 c. grated zucchini
    4 large onions
    2 Tbsp. salt
    4 green and 1 red pepper, put into blender
    2 1/2 c. vinegar
    6 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. celery seed
    1 tsp. turmeric
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    Mix first 3 ingredients and let stand overnight.
    Wash in cold water and drain well.
    Add peppers and 7 ingredients and cook 30 minutes over medium heat.
    All together makes 7 to 8 pints.
    Good over hot dogs and hamburgers.
