Low-Fat Cream Cheese Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. light or fat-free cream cheese
    3 sticks fat-free or low fat margarine
    3 c. sugar
    8 large eggs
    3 c. cake flour (box type)
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Bring cheese, margarine and eggs to room temperature. Separate egg yolks and whites.
    Mix cream cheese and margarine. Add egg whites, sugar and vanilla.
    Mix until smooth.
    Add cake flour and mix until consistent.
    Pour into a Bundt pan and bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
    Let cool before removing from pan.
