Velveeta Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese, room temperature
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    3 green onions, chopped
    1/4 c. pecans, finely chopped
    1 small jar pimentos
    1 small can chopped green chilies
    1 tsp. bacon bits
    1/4 tsp. red pepper (optional)
Preparation
    Put Velveeta cheese between two sheets of wax paper and roll very thin.
    Spread cream cheese over rolled Velveeta.
    In small mixing bowl, mix green onions, pecans, pimentos, green chilies, bacon bits and red pepper.
    Mix well and spread over cheese evenly.
    Start rolling, with the help of wax paper under cheese. After roll is made, refrigerate until firm.
    Slice and serve with favorite crackers.
    Good for the holidays.
