Argentine Spinach Pie (Torta Pascualina) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pie shell and crust for top (unbaked)
1 1/2 c. frozen or 2 qt. fresh spinach
2 Tbsp. oil
1 onion, chopped
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. salt
2 beaten eggs
1 c. grated cheese (Swiss or Mozzarella)
Preparation

Cook spinach, drain and chop finely.
Saute onion in hot oil. Combine spinach, onion and remaining ingredients.
Pour into pie shell.
Arrange top crust and seal.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
Serve hot in wedges.
