Meat Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 to 1 1/2 lb. hamburger or ground chuck
1 large onion
1 egg
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can tomatoes
little salt, pepper and/or garlic for taste
crackers
Preparation

Cut up onion and put in meat, then add egg, then one half can of undiluted cream of celery soup.
Mash up crackers and add to meat, enough to make it stick together in a ball.
Cook for half hour, pour off any grease, then add the mixture of the can of tomatoes and rest of soup and pour over meat loaf and cook another half hour, should be done by then.
