Squash Parmesan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium squash
    2 eggs
    1/4 c. water
    1/3 c. flour
    1 c. fine dry bread crumbs
    cooking oil
    8 oz. sliced Mozzarella
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    Italian tomato sauce
    1/2 lb. ham or Prosciutto
Preparation
    Cut
    unpeeled
    squash
    lengthwise into 1/4 inch slices. In large
    bowl,
    beat\ttogether
    eggs and water.
    Coat squash slices in\tflour,\tdip
    in
    egg mixture, then coat with bread crumbs.
    In large
    skillet,
    cook
    squash
    slices
    in a small amount
    of hot oil until lightly browned, turning once.
    Drain on paper toweling.
    In bottom on 10 x 6 x 2-inch baking dish, spread bottom with sauce, about 1/2 cup.\tLayer squash slices, cheese and meat; cover
    with sauce.\tRepeat layers.\tSprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake uncovered
    in
    350\u00b0 oven for 20 to 30 minutes.
