Pasta Primavera - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 large clove garlic, pressed
    1 c. thinly sliced broccoli stalks
    3/4 c. thinly sliced carrot
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    3 green onions, split and cut into 1-inch pieces
    2 tomatoes, diced
    1/3 c. dry white wine
    8 oz. linguini
    1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Measure oil into a large skillet or wok. Add garlic, broccoli, carrot, salt and pepper.
    Saute, stirring, 3 minutes. Turn off heat to preserve bright color.
    Cook pasta; drain. Return to pot to keep warm. To skillet, add onions, tomatoes and wine. Cover and cook 3 minutes. Serve vegetables over pasta. Top with Parmesan.
