Topsy-Turvy Tuna-Lemon Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lemon, sliced (unpeeled)
    1 (6 1/2 oz.) can tuna
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
    1 Tbsp. minced green pepper
    1/4 c. bread crumbs
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/3 c. catsup
    1 egg, beaten
    1/4 lb. sliced process Cheddar cheese
    6 Tbsp. milk
    1 c. biscuit mix
Preparation
    Start heating oven to 400\u00b0.
    Grease 8-inch round shallow casserole.
    Arrange lemon slices in bottom of dish.
    Mix tuna, onion, green pepper, bread crumbs, mustard, lemon juice, catsup and egg; spread over lemon slices.
    Top with cheese slices.
    With fork, stir milk into biscuit mix to make soft dough.
    Spread dough over cheese layer.
