Our Favorite Fried Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. uncooked rice
    2 c. water
    1/2 lb. ground chuck
    1 1/2 c. onions, chopped
    1 scant c. celery, chopped
    3/4 c. bell peppers, chopped
    1 c. carrots, chopped
    salt and pepper to taste
    soy sauce
    Accent
Preparation
    Remove outer skin and cut onions in quarters.
    Place in shallow
    baking
    dish that has been buttered.
    Dot onions with butter;
    sprinkle
    on
    a
    few
    bread
    crumbs, lots of Parmesan cheese,
    black
    pepper and a little salt.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes or until onions are fork-tender.
