Meat Loaf Pinwheels - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground round
1 c. soft bread crumbs
1 (8 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz
1 egg, beaten
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. warm cooked rice
2 Tbsp. parsley

Preparation

You will need a 12 x 10-inch piece of aluminum foil and a 9 x 13-inch pan.
