Zucchini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. zucchini (4 small)
    1 small onion, sliced
    1 small green pepper
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 tomatoes, wedged
    Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Cut zucchini into 1/4-inch slices.
    Cook and stir zucchini and remaining ingredients, except tomatoes, in a 10-inch skillet until heated through.
    Cover and cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are crisp-tender (5 minutes).
    Add tomatoes.
    Cover and cook over low heat just until tomatoes are heated through (3 minutes).
    Sprinkle with snipped parsley and grated Parmesan cheese.
