Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 lb. potatoes
    1 pt. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. vinegar (optional)
    8 pieces celery
    2 medium onions
    12 boiled eggs
    1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    1 pt. chopped sweet pickles
    1 bell pepper
    2 Tbsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. paprika
Preparation
    Dice cooked potatoes.
    Chop celery, onions, eggs and pepper. Mix all ingredients well together.
    Makes about 3 gallons.
    Serves 50.
