Shrimp Cocktail - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. shelled and deveined medium shrimp
    1 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. chile sauce
    1/3 c. catsup
    2 tsp. horseradish
    1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
    6 lettuce leaves
    6 lemon wedges
Preparation
    In large pan, heat 4 cups water and salt to boiling; add shrimp and cook over low heat until shrimp turn pink, about 3 minutes; drain.
    Cover and refrigerate until serving time.
