Twenty Minute Cassoulet - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. smoked sausage or turkey sausage, cut in half and sliced
1 c. sliced celery
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 tsp. dried thyme leaves
1/2 tsp. dried rosemary leaves, crushed
2 (15.5 oz.) cans Great Northern beans, drained and rinsed
1 (15.5 oz.) can red kidney beans, drained and rinsed
1 (14.5 oz.) can diced, peeled tomatoes, undrained
1 tsp. brown sugar
1/4 c. sliced green onions
Preparation
-
Brown sausage in Dutch oven or large saucepan over medium heat, stirring frequently.
With slotted spoon, remove sausage; set aside.
