Peanut Brittle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 c. water
    1/2 c. white syrup
    2 c. raw peanuts
    1 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Mix sugar, water and syrup. Bring to rolling boil and add peanuts. Cook slowly until peanuts are done, about 25 to 30 minutes. When nuts start popping, remove from heat and add soda. Mix well and pour on buttered pan or cookie sheet. When cool, break in pieces. Store in airtight container.
