Tuna Swiss Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 unbaked 9-inch deep pie shell
1 (12 1/2 or 13 oz.) can tuna, drained and flaked
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese (4 oz.)
1/2 c. sliced green onion (optional)
3 eggs
salt and pepper to taste
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. milk
Preparation

Pierce pie shell thoroughly with fork.
Bake in 375\u00b0 oven for 10 minutes, then remove from oven.
In large bowl, toss tuna, cheese and onion; spoon this into pie shell.
Stir remaining ingredients together.
Slowly pour over tuna mixture.
Bake 50 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
