Ingredients

1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
1/2 c. Feta cheese, crumbled
1/3 c. onion
1 to 2 seeded jalapenos

Preparation

Prepare muffin mix according to directions and add extra ingredients.
Bake about 5 to 10 minutes longer than box recommends.
