Apple Crisp - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. apples
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. oats
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Wash, core, peel and slice apples into buttered 8 x 8-inch pan.
Sprinkle with lemon juice.
With pastry blender, mix brown sugar, flour, salt, nutmeg, cinnamon, butter and oats until crumbly.
Sprinkle or spread crumbs over apples. Bake for 30 minutes and serve.
