Pecan Brittle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 c. light corn syrup
2 c. pecans
1/2 c. water
2 Tbsp. butter
1 Tbsp. soda
Preparation

In a large pan add sugar, corn syrup and water. Cook until mixture forms hard ball when dropped in cold water.
Add to syrup mixture the pecans and butter.
Cook until butter browns. Add soda. Pour into buttered pan. While hot, spread thin. When cool, break into pieces.
