Catfish Jambalaya - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. catfish fillets, cut into 1-inch pieces
    2 Tbsp. butter
    3/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 c. uncooked rice
    2 c. water
    1 bay leaf
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can beef bouillon
    2 cloves garlic, chopped
    2 tomatoes, coarsely chopped
    1 tsp. hot pepper sauce
    2 Tbsp. fresh cilantro, chopped
    1 Tbsp. fresh cilantro, chopped
    1/2 lb. smoked sausage, sliced thin
Preparation
    Melt butter in heavy saucepan.
    Add onion, pepper, garlic, cilantro and sausage.
    Saute until vegetables are tender.
    Add bouillon, bay leaf and water.
    Bring to boil and simmer 20 minutes.
