Easy As 1-2-3 Mexican Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. onions, diced
    1 c. tomatoes
    lettuce
    rice
    Velveeta cheese
    1 c. milk
    1 (20 oz.) can chili
    Fritos
Preparation
    Cook rice.
    Warm the chili.
    Melt Velveeta cheese with the milk.
    Layer Fritos, rice, chili, lettuce and onions. Top with melted Velveeta.
