Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. warm milk
    1/2 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. yeast (less in warm climate)
    1 1/2 Tbsp. salt
    3/4 c. melted warm shortening
    10 c. plus flour
Preparation
    Mix in order given, adding flour as needed to make dough easy to knead.
    Knead 10 minutes.
    Let rise once to make rolls.
    Let rise twice before making into loaves.
    Rolls, bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Loaves, bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
