Microwave Banana Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. Bisquick
    2 tbsp. sugar or equivalent
    1/2 c. mashed ripe bananas
    1 tbsp. Crisco oil
    1 egg
Preparation
    Mix ingredients all together.
    Place 2 thicknesses of paper cup liners in microwavable pan (for 6 muffins); divide mixture evenly into 6 cups.
    Microwave on high, turning 1/4 turn every 30 seconds for 2 1/2 to 3 minutes.
    Sprinkle with cinnamon/sugar, if desired.
