Peanut Brittle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    2/3 c. white corn syrup
    1/2 c. water
    2 c. raw peanuts
    2 tsp oleo
    2/3 tsp salt
    1 1/2 tsp soda
Preparation
    Boil sugar, syrup and water until it spins a thread. Add peanuts and stir continuously, cooking until it turns a brownish gold. Remove from heat, add butter, salt and soda.
    Stir until butter is melted, pour into buttered pan.
