Tipsy Roast Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 6 lb. boneless roast
    1 pkg. onion soup mix
    1 (12 oz.) can beer
Preparation
    Place
    roast in crock-pot.
    Sprinkle the onion soup mix over it.
    Pour
    in the beer and cook for several hours on low. Test for
    doneness.
    (Very good gravy.) If gravy is too rich, add a little water.
