Frozen Orange Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    60 Ritz crackers, crushed (about 3 c.)
    1/2 c. butter, melted
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
    1 (6 oz.) can frozen orange juice (undiluted)
    1 (8 oz.) carton Cool Whip, thawed
    2 (11 oz.) cans mandarin oranges, drained
Preparation
    Combine first three ingredients; set aside 3/4 cup.
    Press remaining crumb mixture into ungreased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
    Set side.
