Refritos From Mexico - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can red kidney beans
    1 large onion
    1 to 2 cloves garlic
    2 1/2 Tbsp. margarine or butter
    pinch of chili pepper
Preparation
    Peel and chop the onion and garlic.
    Melt the margarine in a pan over a medium heat and fry the onion and garlic gently for 5 minutes.
    Mash the beans and add to the mixture with the pepper. Cook it all through until hot.
