Yeast Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1/4 c. shortening
    1/8 c. sugar
    2 pkg. yeast
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Mix flour, shortening and sugar in large bowl.
    Mix yeast in 1 cup warm water.
    Let yeast dissolve about 5 minutes, then mix all together.
    Leave in bowl and set on top of oven; cover.
    Let rise for 1 hour.
    Roll out on floured board; cut like biscuits.
    Dip in butter.
    Place in pan; let set 30 minutes more and bake.
