Blueberry Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. shortening
1 c. sugar
1 egg
3/4 c. milk
1 3/4 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 c. floured blueberries
1/4 tsp. mace
Preparation

Cream shortening, sugar and egg.
Add dry ingredients to mixture.
Add milk and stir.
Gently fold in blueberries. Sprinkle sugar and cinnamon on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
