Italian Cream Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine
    1/2 c. Crisco
    2 c. sugar
    5 eggs, separated
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. nuts
    1 can coconut
Preparation
    Cream together the margarine, Crisco, sugar and egg yolks. Stir together the flour, soda and salt; add to creamed mixture. Add buttermilk and vanilla.
    Beat egg whites until stiff; fold in. Add nuts and coconut.
    Bake in 3 greased and floured pans for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Use Cream Cheese Frosting.
