Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sifted flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. Crisco
    1/2 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 c. sugar *
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch *
Preparation
    Mix flour, salt and Crisco together until smooth.
    Add milk that has been mixed with the vinegar.
    Knead together and separate into 4 balls.
    Roll out each ball for 1 crust.
    Fill with favorite fruit filling.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes, 375\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
    Makes four crusts.
