Apricot Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. dried apricots (8 oz.)
3/4 c. orange juice
1 tsp. salt
2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. soda
1/4 c. butter
2 tsp. baking powder
2 eggs
1 c. nuts, chopped
Preparation

Cut apricots; add to orange juice (let stand 30 minutes). Sift together dry ingredients.
Cream butter, sugar and eggs; beat.
Blend in apricots and juice.
Stir in flour mixture.
Mix until smooth.
Add nuts.
