Pan Roasted Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. butter or margarine
    1/2 tsp. thyme leaves
    3 c. cauliflower flowerets
    2 c. broccoli flowerets
    2 c. carrots, cut into strips
    2 small onions, quartered
Preparation
    Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
    In 13 x 9-inch baking pan, melt butter in oven.
    Stir in thyme.
    Add remaining ingredients, toss and coat; cover with foil.
    Bake for 25 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
    Season to taste.
