Quick And Easy Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 medium size potatoes
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 can whole milk (measure in soup can)
    1 c. evaporated milk
    1/4 lb. Velveeta cheese
Preparation
    Parboil potatoes until just tender with skins on.
    In saucepan, heat all other ingredients.
    Pour hot liquid over sliced potatoes.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Top with ham or bacon slices (optional).
    Bake until potatoes are done at 350\u00b0.
