Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, beaten
    3 c. sugar
    1 c. oil
    2 c. zucchini, peeled and grated
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    3/4 c. nuts or 1 c. salted peanuts
    sesame seed or poppy seed
Preparation
    Beat eggs until foamy; add sugar and beat.
    Add remaining ingredients except the sesame or poppy seed.
    Line 2 loaf pans with wax paper.
    Pour in batter and cover top with sesame seed or poppy seed.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
    Let stand in pan 10 minutes before removing.
