Diabetic Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. sugar
2 1/2 c. raisins
2 c. unsweetened applesauce
3 eggs
2 Tbsp. (4 packs) Sweet 'N Low
1 c. oil
3 c. self-rising flour
3 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. soda
Preparation
-
Cook raisins in water until all the water is boiled out.
Add the applesauce, sweetener, oil and eggs; mix well.
Blend in flour, soda, cinnamon and vanilla.
Pour the mixture into a greased and floured Bundt pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes or until cake is done.
