Angel Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. flour
    1/3 c. sugar
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1 c. shortening
    1 pkg. yeast
    2 Tbsp. warm water
    2 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Sift first 5 ingredients together, then add yeast to the flour.
    Cut in shortening.
    Add warm water to buttermilk.
    Combine dry ingredients with liquid ingredients and mix to sticky dough. Cover and refrigerate overnight or at least 8 hours.
    Roll out and cut.
    Let rise 30 minutes.
    Brush tops with margarine.
    Bake in a 400\u00b0 oven for 10 minutes.
    Yields 4 1/2 dozen.
