Broccoli With Mornay Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bunch broccoli, cut into 2-inch flowerets
    1/2 c. finely chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    3 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. milk
    1/4 c. grated Swiss cheese
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. white pepper
    dash of nutmeg
    1/4 c. each: grated Parmesan cheese and fine dry white bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. melted butter or margarine
Preparation
    Cook broccoli in boiling water until almost tender.
    Refresh under cold water; drain well.
