Caushaw Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. brown sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. ground cloves
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. evaporated milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    4 eggs
    4 c. caushaw
    2 pie crusts
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together and pour into crusts.
    Bake 20 minutes at 450\u00b0; reduce heat to 400\u00b0 and bake until firm.
    Makes two 9-inch pies.
