Meatballs 'N Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. salt
    1 (14 oz.) can spaghetti sauce
    1 1/2 c. water
    1 1/2 c. quick cooking rice
Preparation
    Shape ground beef into meatballs.
    Brown in melted butter in skillet. Add salt, spaghetti sauce and water. Cover and simmer 5 minutes.
    Move meatballs to the side of the skillet. Bring liquid to a boil and stir in rice. Cover and remove from heat. Allow to stand 5 minutes. Serves 4.
